I’ve always had this feeling that you can truly have it all, regardless of what that definition may mean to you. The tricky part was figuring out what steps to take in order to get there. Living an abundant life of wealth, health and happiness while at the same time being financially free and untethered with my time seemed almost unreachable. HOW IT STARTED
I’ve always had passion for travel leading me into a career in the Superyacht Industry in my early 20’s. Although a chapter in my life I will forever cherish I knew early on it wasn’t a sustainable future. Yes, you do make a decent income and travel the world, but you also work ridiculous hours in a not so healthy environment. Eventually you drain your adrenals and hit burn out and wonder how did I get here? It made me really question if my energy was feeding my own goals or someone else’s.
WHAT I DISCOVERED
Being in that toxic cycle not owning my own time opened my eyes up to my own self development and the holistic world as I was constantly craving balance and trying to find ways to refuel when I did get the odd holiday. The problem was I would refuel and then return and repeat the same toxic cycle all over again. It wasn’t until I took a solo surf trip to Western Sumatra to reconnect with the ocean and rediscover that side of myself that was screaming for attention. I realized my sole focus was on financial security at the expense of my mental and physical health and major changes needed to be made.
LIVING IN FAITH NOT FEAR
I finally took the leap of faith, left the industry and moved to Australia to pursue a more holistic lifestyle. Although my mental and physical health were at an all-time high my finances suffered. I had flipped to the other side of the spectrum. Was it really possible to have all of it? I had to gain clarity on my soul’s purpose and by utilizing one of my many self-development practices of journaling I began to manifest that vision into existence. The divine timing of the universe further led me to an ad on LinkedIn which brings me to you today! It was the sign I had been looking for.
